Parsons is looking for an experienced Requirements Manager to oversee and manage the requirements process for a major Rail project in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves leading the requirements management process for large‑scale rail projects, defining, documenting, verifying, validating, and maintaining traceability of business, functional, and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate will act as the lead interface between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring contractual compliance and successful fulfillment of client requirements during contract execution and engineering delivery.
