Required MEP Coordinator for a construction company

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervision & Execution: Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works on-site. Ensure all installations are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and safety standards. Monitor daily site progress and report to the Project Site Engineer. Assign work to technicians and ensure proper workmanship and timely completion.
• Coordination: Coordinate between civil, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and firefighting teams to avoid conflicts. Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors. Assist in scheduling materials, manpower and equipment requirements.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure quality control of all MEP works. Enforce HSE, Health, Safety and Environment standards at the site. Conduct inspections before consultant/client approval. Identify and resolve technical or safety issues immediately.
