Job Description
We are looking for Experienced individuals as Customer Service Representatives (Voice & Avatar), having Excellent Communication skills for US Based projects/campaigns.
Fresh / Experienced candidates are required.
Proficiency in English Speaking.
Must be dependable and a team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to work for a night shift.
Shift Timings: 07:00 PM TO 05:00 AM (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Fresh candidates start earning from 25,000/- PKR, plus attractive Bonuses
Incentives: Experience Agents can earn up to 100,000/- PKR.
What We're Looking For:
· 1+ years prior experience in a customer-facing role (sales and/or support)
· Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
· Effective listening and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a high attention to detail and professionalism
