Job Description
Key Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual home loan sales targets by effectively managing the DSA channel. Ensure that DSAs meet their targets by providing them with necessary support and resources. DSA Recruitment & Onboarding: Recruit and onboard new DSA partners to expand the sales network. Conduct training sessions to onboard and continuously educate DSA agents about home loan products, processes, and compliance standards. DSA Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with DSA agents to encourage consistent business. Regularly engage with DSAs to understand their challenges, provide solutions, and ensure smooth processing of home loan applications. Lead Generation & Conversion: Collaborate with DSAs to generate leads and drive conversions of prospects into home loan customers.
