Requirements
Experience Base: 2–5 years of verified performance marketing and media buying success inside agile startup or growth ecosystems.
Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on dashboard expertise inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager with sharp analytical reasoning and a performance-first mindset.
Attributes: High ownership capacity, comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership, and clear problem-solving mechanics.
