* *Multi-Platform Monetization Execution:* Driving large-scale ad revenue across video and social platforms—including YouTube, Facebook, and emerging digital channels—with a targeted focus on high-consumption regional markets.
* *Branded Content & IP Innovation:* Conceptualizing, pitching, and executing high-yield branded IPs, integrated content-led advertising campaigns, and social media integrations that align seamlessly with Republic's editorial voice.
* *Institutional Target Ownership:* Holding absolute accountability for quarterly and annual revenue quotas, building on a verified career track record of consistently hitting or exceeding 90% of set financial targets.<...
