Job Description
- Serve as a key strategic partner to the Founder, managing ad-hoc and high-priority initiatives across business functions.
- Lead end-to-end execution of special projects, including market expansion, new product launches, and internal process optimization.
- Coordinate with department heads to align goals, track progress, and deliver timely updates to senior leadership.
