- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs tailored to field sales teams, distributors, and retail partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess on-ground performance, identify training gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
- Train sales personnel on product knowledge, sales techniques, promotional execution, and brand guidelines.
- Develop training materials, job aids, and digital content (videos, presentations, quick reference guides) that support learning and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and post-training assessments.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers and marketing teams to align training initiatives with campaign launches and business goals.
- Act as a brand ambassador by reinforcing brand values, compliance standards, and customer service excellence in the field.
