Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy. Resolve customer complaints, order discrepancies, delivery issues, and product-related concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and follow-ups are tracked. Collaborate with logistics, sales, and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner. Provide feedback on recurring customer pain points to improve service delivery and product offerings. Assist in managing customer returns, refunds, and replacements in accordance with company policies. Stay current on product portfolios, promotions, and company policies to deliver accurate and consistent information.
