High-Velocity Revenue Governance: Holding absolute, uncompromised P&L ownership over the offline distribution vertical—driving volume velocity, managing inventory aging, and optimizing collection loops.
Channel Friction Elimination: Continuously auditing localized supply lines and dealer networks to eliminate supply bottlenecks, billing friction, and channel conflict.
Operational Sales Disciplines: Running lean regional sales units with automated pipeline reporting—ensuring field issues are processed and resolved with zero administrative lag.
