SOS Children’s Villages International (SOS CVI) is the world’s largest NGO supporting children without parental care. As part of a General Secretariat Transformation, SOS CVI seeks a provider to design, implement, and operate a global payroll solution.

Scope of the RFP

The RFP covers payroll processing and administration, statutory compliance, reporting, transition support, and secure data exchange, including Employer of Record (EoR) services where necessary.

Service Coverage and Delivery Model

• Payroll processing for legal entities in jurisdictions where SOS CVI has an entity.
• EoR services for jurisdictions without an SOS CVI legal entity.
• Integration with relevant HR, finance, and reporting systems.
