Job Description
Online reputation is a direct lead-generation lever in the Australian residential solar market — SolarQuotes ratings, Google reviews, and ProductReview presence materially influence customer acquisition. This role exists to systematically grow positive review volume, recover or remove unfair negative reviews, monitor brand sentiment across digital channels, and translate reputation insights into operational improvements across the business.
The Reputation Management Lead is a senior individual contributor with functional leadership of a small team. The role is accountable for the reputation outcome —review scores, sentiment, and removal rates.
