Location & Conditions
This is an onโsite position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. Relocation expenses are not covered. A minimum B2 level of English is required.
Responsibilities- Receive and process First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims
- Verify policy information accurately
- Collect and document claim details in the clientโs claims management system
- Initiate the claims process and provide confirmation to customers
- Handle inbound calls to answer inquiries and give status updates on open claims
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Professional CV in English
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills focused on quality
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize workload
- At least 1 year of call center experience
