Job Description
Global Payroll Reporting Manager – Lead data and insights for the Global Payroll team.
Responsibilities
- Dashboard Development: Architect and manage automated, self‑service dashboards (using Power BI, Tableau, or similar) that track key performance indicators such as processing accuracy, cycle times, and regional cost distributions.
- Operational Analysis: Perform deep‑dive assessments of the team’s payroll processes to identify variances, manual touchpoints, and systemic inefficiencies.
- Global Reporting Suite: Own the creation and distribution of standardized reporting packages for stakeholders in Finance, HR, and Legal, ensuring all global regulatory requirements are met.
