Reporting Analyst

We are looking for an outstanding Reporting Analyst to join the IT Operations team. This professional will use data to help the business meet its objectives, mainly by generating hypotheses, validating them, and generating insights. The role will help improve data literacy and the overall analytical environment across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Understand, locate and propose new process improvement opportunities.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Participate actively in discussions and decisions regarding the whole Data Analysis chapter.
• Produce information that can be used to inform results and analysis to make recommendations as to how to improve efficiency and productivity.
