As a Reporting Analyst on our Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive client satisfaction, operational performance, and strategic decision‑making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the customer discovery process to understand their existing reports, usage, and RideCo initial reports required for launch to ensure continuity of operations for the customer.
- Map RideCo’s reporting suite to the customer’s legacy reports and systems, identifying key areas that require report modifications, new development, or customer change management education and change management.
