Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reporting & analysis processes
- Establish and maintain new client reporting process and handover
- Establish and maintain reporting & analysis processes
- Footfall, Sales, Capture/Conversion, Benchmarking, WiFi, Demographics, and occupancy data handling
- Ensure data is fit for purpose and of high accuracy
- Ensure calculations return the desired outcome
- Determine the best method of data delivery (online, PDF, API, Power BI, etc.)
- Deliver data in a timely manner and pursue reporting improvements
- Automate reporting where possible
- Identify opportunities to generate revenue from additional reporting & analysis
- Conduct regular data quality checks to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies
