Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate HSEQ reporting cycles and performance tracking
- Administer reporting processes, including leader targets
- Conduct data quality checks, validation, and variance analysis
- Maintain databases and ensure integrity of data flows
- Update Power BI reports and validate data models
- Prepare and deliver reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain reporting documentation and process manuals
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Perform additional administrative and reporting tasks as required
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-3 years’ experience in a reporting, analytics, or administrative role
- Knowledge of HSEQ principles (preferred)
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, Enablon, or database systems (advantageous)
