Reporting to the Supply Management Manager, you will play a key role in managing the purchasing of goods for stores and distribution centers. You are responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels to support operations and meet financial objectives


Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Place replenishment purchase orders with suppliers based on system-generated requirements or manual analysis when required

  • Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet service level objectives while aligning with financial targets (turnover, coverage and obsolescence)

  • Monitor open orders and proactively follow up with suppliers to resolve late deliveries impacting service level.

  • Analyze exception reports to apply correction on sales forecast and some replenishment parameters.

  • Maintain parameters in the replenishment system.
