Department Overview
TD Canada Trust frontline, building long‑lasting relationships, performing a broad range of customer service transactions, providing information and advice on services, products and solutions to customers, promoting products, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standardized operating procedures, industry regulations and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities as required.
