Role Summary
The Rental Supervisor – Front End is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience at the hub across vehicle pick-up, drop-off, and day-to-day front-end rental operations. The role owns customer handling, documentation, payment reconciliation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure high service levels, strong process adherence, and smooth fleet handovers.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage all customer-facing operations at the hub, including vehicle pick-up, drop-off, handover, and return processes.
· Ensure a smooth and professional rider onboarding experience, including KYC verification, contract execution, and customer briefing .
