Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to support our renovation projects. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople in various aspects of tear-out, installation, and finishing of interior residential homes and apartments. Prior experience in construction-related tasks is a plus, but we welcome candidates eager to develop their skills in a dynamic setting.
Duties
- Operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Under supervision, assisting with demolition, removal/disposal of old materials, moving new materials and fixtures to the job site, installing cabinets and other fixtures, basic plumbing and electrical work
- Clean up job site at the end of each day
