Job Scope

The Renewals Executive is accountable for establishing sound relationships with existing partners, ensuring timely follow‑ups and handling the renewal process prior to expiration. S/He maintains an updated database at all times and works toward effective relationships with internal departments.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, address concerns and successfully retain existing client contracts
• Support the direct manager in the management of contract renewals with existing customers and coordinate with the Sales and Account management teams accordingly
• Initiate renewal conversations with customers, respond to queries and proactively follow up prior to contract expiration dates
