We’re Looking For:
✔ 2–4 years of experience in SaaS Renewals, Customer Success, or Acount Management
✔ Proven experience handling renewal negotiations and customer retention
✔ Excellent English communication skills (voice & written)
✔ Experience using CRM platforms
✔ Comfortable working with AI-assisted tools
