As a Renewal Specialist in Malaga (Hybrid), you will be part of our team of game‑changers who are powering the brands of the future in tech. Your role will involve driving the sales cycle, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

What you will do in this role

• Act as Primary point of contact for the customer during the renewals process, building trust and setting the foundation for long‑term Microsoft relationship.
• Effectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.g. BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline).
• Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
