Elevate user experience with a remote UX Designer role requiring security clearance. Bring your digital product expertise and Figma skills to create innovative designs.
This position is for an experienced UX Designer with at least 5 years in the field. You'll collaborate across teams to assess user needs and convert ideas into functional wireframes and prototypes. Regular feedback and testing will guide your iterations as you work closely with developers to refine the final product.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with partners to clarify goals and user needs
• Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma
• Iterate designs based on data and user feedback
• Work with developers for implementation of designs
• Conduct testing and research to improve experiences
Requirements:
• 5+ years of UX design experience
• Robust knowledge of Figma and Miro
• Strong research and communication skills
