Your Role and Responsibilities

• Procurement planning and coordination – organize material flow, manage purchasing from suppliers, ensuring supply in terms of time, quality, quantity, and cost.
• Inventory management and stock control – implement inventory management systems and oversee stock levels through administrative and documentation processes.
• Order management and follow-up – create, send, and track purchase orders, ensuring on‑time delivery and identifying deviations.
• Supplier and customer communication – maintain direct contact with suppliers and customers, coordinate deliveries, provide timelines, and handle potential issues.
