BrightOrder Inc. seeks a Software Manager to lead a remote team in developing fleet management solutions like the EMDECS platform. Drive team performance while contributing to hands-on coding.
As a Software Manager, you will mentor and guide talented developers, reporting directly to the VP of Operations & Customer Experience. Your responsibilities will include owning the full software delivery lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams on product roadmaps. This hands-on leadership role combines coding, architecture decisions, and team coaching to enhance the EMDECS platform.
