We are currently recruiting **x2 Remote Service Engineers** to join our team as L1 supporting the next products:
+ 1) Our Emergency Medical Record ( **ICCA** ) and Care Management Software used in A&E & ICU departments.
+ 2) **IntelliSpace Perinatal** our software used in obstetricsβ department.
+ 3) **Intellibridge Enterprise** our integration engine.
+ 4) **IntelliSpace ECG** our solution for storage and distribution of ECG.
**Your role:**
+ As a Remote Support Engineer, you will act as 1st line support by qualifying customer calls, finding a technical resolution to the application problem (including writing scripts & queries) and escalating to 2nd/3rd line when needed.
