Job Description
Magic is seeking a motivated Service Dispatcher to manage inbound service requests and ensure efficient scheduling for technicians. This remote role requires strong communication skills and ability to handle high-volume communication while keeping stakeholders informed. The ideal applicant will have dispatching experience and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
The position works 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM PST. Compensation is $6 per hour, with no additional benefits.
