This role requires an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for managing full-cycle recruitment. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract talented candidates. With a focus on creating positive candidate experiences, you'll oversee recruitment metrics to identify and implement process improvements.
