Job Description
Alignerr is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Expert (AI Training) for a remote hourly contract. You will craft high‑fidelity reasoning traces that teach large language models how to think, plan, and decide, working asynchronously on your own schedule.
In this role you will author complex decision workflows, review and refine reasoning traces created by peers, and collaborate with leading AI research teams to push the frontier of model reasoning and evaluation.
