Job Description
Alignerr is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to author high-fidelity reasoning traces that teach cutting-edge LLMs how to think — step by step, decision by decision. This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract role designed for experienced ML professionals who understand model behavior at a deep level.
You will work asynchronously with a global team to design data strategies, review traces, and mentor others, with 10–40 hours per week and potential for ongoing project
