Elevate client partnerships with PointClickCare as a Remote Senior Customer Success Manager. Drive engagement at the C-level and optimize enterprise solutions for valued clients.
This senior role reports to the Sr. Director of Customer Success. Focused on managing relationships and providing strategic guidance, you'll leverage your consulting background to enhance customer experience. The position involves collaboration with internal teams to address client needs while traveling to various sites as required.
