Job Description
ScalableOS seeks an experienced L3 Cloud Operations Engineer in Makati to lead senior engineers, own major incidents, and drive operational excellence across cloud, networking, and security for our global clients. You will mentor L1/L2 engineers, shape runbooks, and coordinate with partners to ensure reliable service delivery.
You will manage multi-tenant Azure environments, Office 365 tenants, and complex networking while coordinating with vendors during critical incidents.
