Job Description
Pearl is seeking a Senior AI and Automations Engineer to lead the build of Pearl’s AI and Automation team’s workflows and tools. You will implement candidate pre-qualification pipelines and client-facing matching systems, shipping from day one with a fast, independent approach.
You will collaborate with the Strategy Lead to translate priorities into production systems, integrating AI APIs, handling data pipelines, and enabling non-technical teammates to operate workflows with minimal support.
