IG is seeking a Salesforce Technical Analyst to help IT take ownership of a Salesforce environment that has historically been managed by the business. This role will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT, providing visibility into how the platform is currently configured, utilized, and supported.
Over time, Salesforce and several related solutions were built to address immediate business needs. The organization is now at a point where it needs to reverse engineer the environment to understand:
β’βWhat has been built
β’βWho is using it
β’βHow it is being used
β’βWhy it exists
The environment includes Salesforce Lightning, custom objects, Apex jobs, integrations, and additional business-managed solutions, including Microsoft Access databases and other internally developed tools. There are currently approximately 15β18 Salesforce administrators and power users supporting various aspects of the environment, but governance, document...
