Responsibility:
• To Attend to customer enquiries via phone call or SNS messages.
• Posting jobs on Facebook, responding to helper and customer social media inquiries.
• Reply to customer enquiries through telephone, text W/App, Facebook and email.
• Arrange and conduct interviews with employers and domestic helpers.
• Help mediate between the helper and employer when problems arise.
• Help source transfer helpers.
• Willing to take on additional administrative tasks and follow company arrangements as needed.
