Job Description
TWI Ltd. is offering a PhD opportunity focused on sloshing-induced permeation of hydrogen in composite LH2 storage tanks during aircraft manoeuvres. This project combines experimental work and numerical modeling to inform safe, lightweight hydrogen storage solutions in aviation. The successful candidate will work closely with TWI Ltd and partner institutions, receiving specialized training in cryogenics and risk assessment, with the bursary of up to £23,000 tax-free for 3.5 years.
