Job Description
The Ward Law Group, PL is hiring a Plaintiff Personal Injury Intake Case Manager to independently manage high-volume pre-litigation cases from intake through treatment and demand readiness. You will be the primary contact for clients, coordinate medical treatment, and communicate with insurers in a fast-paced, remote setting.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year of PI intake experience, strong English/Spanish communication skills, and proven ability to meet KPI-driven productivity and quality targets.
