The Pall P2P Intern is responsible for managing and processing invoices efficiently and accurately. The role supports the company's payment processes, ensures timely payments to vendors, and maintains strong vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Receive, validate and process invoices in Open Text, SAP system per KPI and within SLA.
- Investigate and resolve all 3‑way mismatch issues by utilizing workflow.
- Assist manager/senior team member on data collection and analysis.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate, Degree, or Professional Qualification (preferably in Accounting or Finance).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
