Drive enterprise-wide change initiatives as an Organizational Change Manager in a remote position across Canada. Your expertise will facilitate effective change management strategies and empower stakeholders throughout the execution process.
This six to twelve-month contract role includes responsibilities at the portfolio level, ensuring cumulative impact visibility. With 10-15 years of experience in leading transformation, you will assess existing practices, define strategic changes, and coach program leaders.
