We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for Oromo-speaking music professionals with formal musical training or practical experience in performance, composition, transcription, audio engineering, or music education.

This role supports a pilot initiative focused on evaluating and transcribing Oromo-language music for generative audio systems. Selected professionals will transcribe melodies by ear, identify core musical characteristics, and review sung lyrics with close attention to pitch, rhythm, pronunciation, accents, and less-clear vocal delivery.
