Job Description
Trafilea is seeking an experienced Retention Marketing professional to own our CRM, lifecycle, and customer engagement across Email and SMS. You will design onboarding, cross-sell, replenishment, win-back and loyalty journeys to maximize customer value and retention.
You will build segmentation and personalization strategies, run A/B tests, and partner with Growth, Product, Data, and Design to deliver seamless customer experiences. This is a fully remote role with a competitive USD salary.
