Job Description
BairesDev is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Development team. This role focuses on level 2 support for custom applications, diagnosing issues and guiding customers through solutions while working closely with product and engineering teams.
You’ll handle onboarding, rollouts, upgrades, and ongoing support from a fully remote environment. Strong English skills and a solid background in databases, .NET, C#, SQL Server are preferred.
