We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remote IT Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our online training platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to our clients via phone, email, and remote access tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online training platform
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and address system and network issues
- Monitor and maintain the performance of our online training platform
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
