Job Description
UMB is seeking a motivated IT service desk specialist to be the first point of contact for IT issues in a hybrid environment in Zürich. You will handle cases, incidents and service requests, provide customer support, and perform initial analysis to resolve disturbances.
Ideal candidates have an apprenticeship in IT, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365, and strong German, French and English skills, plus a service-minded, structured approach.
