We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (Contract) to support a civilian federal agency by leading Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2 migrations from on-premise environments to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role supports mission-critical systems and ensures cloud migration activities comply with federal security, governance, and audit requirements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
ā¢āManage day-to-day delivery of Oracle EBS 12.2 migration projects to OCI
ā¢āControl project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
ā¢āCoordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
ā¢āEnsure project execution aligns with federal security, compliance, and audit standards
ā¢āProvide regular status reports, deliverables, and executive briefings
ā¢āSupport testing, cutover, stabilization, and transition to operations
