Job Description
TalentPop is growing our global operations team and we're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate – German Speaker to join us as a direct hire. You will support our community and internal operations through exceptional service.
Fluency in German and English is required, with at least 1 year of customer service experience. Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify is a plus, and you should be comfortable working remotely.
