Job Description
We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer/Technical SEO Developer with strong Technical SEO + Headless CMS experience to join our Marketing Team.
This is not a traditional product/dev role—you’ll work directly with marketing to turn SEO strategies, CRO experiments, and growth ideas into live, scalable website features.
Work Setup & Schedule
- 100% Remote (Work From Home)
- Early Day Shift: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM (PH Time)
- Monday to Friday (aligned with New Zealand business hours)
What You’ll Do
- Build and enhance Headless CMS modules (Strapi v4/v5) to support marketing campaigns
- Develop dynamic, SEO-friendly pages using Next.js (SSR/SSG)
- Optimize job board UX, performance, and SEO rankings
